She holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Industrial Organization, as well as an M.B.A., and is a former Wall Street trader from the dynamic dot-com era, where she served as Vice President of Regional Private Wealth at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Over the past two decades, Jasmine has founded and led several successful investment companies, playing a pivotal role in executing transactions totaling over half a billion dollars across residential, land, and distressed asset portfolios.

As the President of NAP Private Equity Club and Managing Director of the Note Assistance Program, Jasmine oversees a vibrant community of accredited investors while managing a robust pipeline of alternative investment opportunities nationwide.
