Jasmine Willois - President

Jasmine Willois, President of the Note Assistance Program and founder of the NAP Private Equity Club, is a seasoned leader in the secondary mortgage market and private credit space. A former Wall Street professional who began her career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and later managed distressed mortgage portfolios for GMAC-RFC, Jasmine brings more than 25 years of experience in capital markets and alternative investments. Since founding NAP in 2013, she has trained over 600 investors who have collectively acquired more than $1 billion in unpaid principal balance in mortgage assets. As General Partner of RDMO Fund II in partnership with PEMCO Capital Management, Jasmine provides accredited investors with access to institutional-grade distressed mortgage opportunities. Renowned for her disciplined underwriting and investor advocacy, Jasmine is committed to helping investors build resilient passive income portfolios through the power of mortgage note investing.

Dr. Engerman - Board member

Dr. Jason A. Engerman brings warmth, expertise, and dedication to the NAP board, where he’s been an active member since 2021 and a proud program graduate. Holding a Ph.D. in learning, design, and technologies from The Pennsylvania State University, Jason blends his passion for community development with hands-on experience in executive coaching and asset management. Over the past three years, he’s skillfully managed and traded over 245 mortgage notes and a real estate portfolio surpassing $10 million for NAPNATION members. His expertise in private equity and tech integration helps elevate member success and aligns with the organization’s mission of empowerment.

Bryan Royster – Director of Investor Relations & Member Success

Bryan Royster serves as the Director of Investor Relations & Member Success for NAP Private Equity Club, where he helps investors connect with opportunities, build valuable relationships, and get the most from their membership. He is dedicated to creating an exceptional member experience while guiding investors to the education, resources, and community that support long-term success.

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, Bryan brings a unique combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and problem-solving. His background managing complex operations and customer-focused environments has shaped a responsive, solutions-driven approach that benefits both members and the organization.
