As General Partner of RDMO Fund II in partnership with PEMCO Capital Management, Jasmine provides accredited investors with access to institutional-grade distressed mortgage opportunities. Renowned for her disciplined underwriting and investor advocacy, Jasmine is committed to helping investors build resilient passive income portfolios through the power of mortgage note investing.
