Our expertise lies in generating substantial and reliable passive income streams through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), and Private Equity Funds. Members enjoy consistent access to quality inventory, vetted sellers, excellent returns, and inclusive networking events.
Remaining a discreet consortium for elite investors allows us to unveil exclusive opportunities to our community, fortifying and refining the unique qualities of our members, akin to a lapidarist crafting a gem.

Jasmine Willois - President

Jasmine Willois, President of the Note Assistance Program and co-founder of US Mortgage Notes, is a distinguished leader in the secondary mortgage market. Having traded over 1,823 assets and successfully worked out more than 980 non-performing notes, her “Make Money and Go To Heaven” philosophy has transformed the lives of countless struggling borrowers. A pioneer for women and minorities in note investing, Jasmine brings over 25 years of experience in alternative investments, having expertly built substantial client portfolios across Indiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Michigan. Renowned for her dedication to family offices and accredited investors, Jasmine is celebrated for her unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence.

Dr. Engerman - Board member

Dr. Jason A. Engerman brings warmth, expertise, and dedication to the NAP board, where he’s been an active member since 2021 and a proud program graduate. Holding a Ph.D. in learning, design, and technologies from The Pennsylvania State University, Jason blends his passion for community development with hands-on experience in executive coaching and asset management. Over the past three years, he’s skillfully managed and traded over 245 mortgage notes and a real estate portfolio surpassing $10 million for NAPNATION members. His expertise in private equity and tech integration helps elevate member success and aligns with the organization’s mission of empowerment.

Tiffany Johnston – Trade Desk Manager

Tiffany Johnston brings over five years of expertise in venture capital, private equity, and blockchain innovation to her role as Trade Desk Manager. Her strategic acumen in capital raise and investor relations has driven over $6 million in funding initiatives. At DiversyFund, Tiffany champions multi-family real estate growth through tailored financial solutions. Her leadership at Blockcerts Blockchain International showcased her talent for pioneering tokenization platforms and cultivating C-suite partnerships. Tiffany’s sharp economic insight and commitment to value-driven outcomes make her a powerhouse in advancing NAP’s mission and investor success.
