Masterclass Terms & Conditions

 By attending a NAP Private Equity Club Masterclass, you may be eligible to apply your ticket
payment toward the cost of a Premium Membership only. This promotion is subject to the
following terms:

1. Ticket Credit Toward Premium Membership:
○ The full amount paid for the masterclass may be applied toward the $4,000
Premium Membership fee.
○ This credit does not apply to the Buyers Club Membership, which is already
discounted and invitation-only.

2. Offer Expiration:
○ This offer must be redeemed before the conclusion of the masterclass event.
○ A one-time extension may be requested and granted at NAP’s discretion, valid
until the following Monday at 4:00 PM PST (close of business).

3. Exclusivity:
○ This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or referral
bonuses.

4. Buyers Club Access:
○ Discounted entry into the Buyers Club is only available to:
■ Masterclass attendees
■ Individuals referred directly by a current member or executive
○ Buyers Club Membership is by invitation and approval only.

5. Right to Refuse Membership:
○ NAP Private Equity Club reserves the right to deny membership to any
applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose reason or criteria.
