Program Details & Terms
By enrolling in the Access Pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Access Pass includes up to two (2) calls per month with the NAP Executive Team, subject to
availability.
Unused calls expire monthly and do not roll over.
Additional calls may be scheduled at a rate of $75 per hour.
Members receive Level 3 Trade Desk Access, where inventory is released on a timed basis.
Higher-tier memberships, including Buyers Club (Level 1), receive priority access and earlier
visibility to opportunities.
All inventory is subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without
notice.
Members may receive up to 50% discounts on select NAP-hosted events.
Discounts are not guaranteed and may vary based on event type, timing, capacity, and
availability.
Access to NAP’s vendor network is provided as introductions only.
NAP makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or
outcomes of any third-party vendor or service provider.
Engagement with any third party is at the member’s sole discretion and risk.
Access Pass is a month-to-month subscription billed at $175 per month.
Members may cancel at any time in accordance with the platform’s cancellation process.
Access and benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.
Access to all benefits requires maintaining active membership in good standing, including:
● Timely payment of all fees
● Adherence to community guidelines
● Professional and respectful conduct
NAP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
Access Pass provides visibility into opportunities, not guaranteed participation.
Deal access, allocation, and participation are subject to availability, demand, investor
qualifications, and third-party requirements.
NAP does not guarantee access to any specific asset, pool, or investment opportunity.
By enrolling in the Access Pass, you acknowledge and represent that you are a financially
sophisticated individual with sufficient knowledge and experience to evaluate investment
opportunities.
You further acknowledge that:
● You are either an accredited investor or capable of evaluating investments
independently or with professional advisors
● You understand the risks associated with mortgage notes and alternative
investments
● You are participating voluntarily and not relying on NAP for investment decision-making
By participating, you agree to:
● Assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions
● Conduct your own independent due diligence
● Accept that your level of knowledge and experience is your own responsibility
You agree to hold NAP harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
● Your participation in the program
● Your level of sophistication or understanding
● Any investment decisions you make
All investments involve risk, including but not limited to loss of principal, illiquidity, and market
volatility.
Nothing within the Access Pass constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to
invest.
All opportunities are subject to separate legal documentation, due diligence, and investor
verification requirements.
Participation in the Access Pass does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or client
relationship with NAP.
All content, communications, and materials are provided for informational purposes only and
should not be construed as financial, legal, or tax advice.
NAP may provide access or introductions to third-party vendors, service providers, or
professionals.
NAP assumes no liability for the actions, performance, or outcomes of any third party.
By enrolling, you consent to receive electronic communications from NAP, including emails
related to content, events, and opportunities.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time in accordance with applicable
laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from participation in the Access Pass or reliance on any
information provided.
NAP reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California.
These terms constitute the entire agreement related to the Access Pass and supersede any
prior communications or understandings.
All benefits, features, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
NAP reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the program at its
discretion.
Access Pass is designed for access and connectivity only and does not include structured
education, coaching, or mentorship.
Active membership is required to maintain access to all benefits.
